Wiping Fabric is ideal for wiping excess ink from the surface of an intaglio plate. Made from sturdy polyester fabric, it’slong-lastingandlint-free .
Wiping Fabric is less absorbent, smoother, and softer than traditional tarlatan. As a result, plates print with highly saturated color and smooth solids, without streaking.
This fabric has a"paper-like"quality that helps eliminate the extra work of a final paper wipe or hand wipe on the plate. ink never dries or hardens on it, so the same piece can be reused hundreds of times.
